Booking Policy

The guest will be charged the first night if they cancel after reservation and the total price if they cancel within 1 day before arrival. 

The guest will be charged a prepayment of the first night after reservation and the remaining amount within 1 day before arrival.

We will accept prepayment by: Credit Card.

AFTER-HOURS CALL OUT FEE

Guest will be charged a fee of $50.00 for any call out after 6 pm

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE

Check in time: 2:00 pm

Check out time: 10:00 am (Charges may apply after this time).

DEPOSIT / PAYMENT POLICY

To finalise your booking we require a credit card number, and authorisation. This will secure your booking. No monies are deducted from your card except those mentioned above. We do not accept cheques, unless prior arrangements have been made with management.

NO PARTY POLICY

We have a strict "No Party Policy" to ensure all our guests have a pleasant stay with us. The management reserve the right to refuse accommodation at their own discretion we also reserve the right to have you removed from the premises with no refunds.

SMOKING IN ROOMS

We reserve the right to charge a $500 fee for extra cleaning.

This includes cleaning, dry cleaning, airing out the Cabin, carpet cleaning and 2 nights of non selling of the Cabin.

This accommodation is not Pet friendly.
